How to set up the success screen

The success screen is what visitors see after they submit the popup form. It's your opportunity to deliver the discount code, thank the visitor, and guide them toward their next action.

Where to find it

  1. Open your campaign and go to the Content tab
  2. Scroll down to the Success screen section

For gamified campaigns (Spin-to-Win, Turntable, Nine-Square), scroll to the Winning screen section instead.

What you can configure

Heading (optional) – a title for the success screen (e.g., "Here's your code!" or "Thanks for joining!"). Rich text editor with formatting options.

Description (optional) – additional text below the heading (e.g., "Use this code at checkout to save 10% on your order."). Rich text editor.

Discount code display – toggle to show or hide the discount code on the success screen. When shown, visitors see their unique code (or the existing Shopify code) displayed prominently.

Discount code help text – customizable text below the code (e.g., "Copy this code and paste it at checkout").

Discount code corner style and radius – adjust the visual appearance of the code display box.

Submit button label (optional) – the button text on the success screen (e.g., "Continue Shopping," "Shop Now," "Close").

Submit button behavior – what happens when the visitor clicks the button (e.g., "Close campaign" to dismiss the popup).

Things to know

The success screen inherits your campaign's styles. Colors, fonts, and display size are shared across all screens – you configure them once in the Styles tab.

Keep it short. Visitors have already committed by submitting the form. Don't overwhelm them with text – deliver the code, suggest a next step, and let them shop.

If you're not offering a discount, simplify. Turn off the discount code display and use the success screen for a simple "Thank you" message with a CTA to continue shopping.

Smart tags let you personalize the success screen. You can insert dynamic values in both the Heading and Description fields:

  • {{discount_code}} – displays the subscriber's discount code
  • {{email}} – displays the subscriber's email address
  • {{reward_name}} – displays the name of the reward won (gamified campaigns only)

For example, a heading like "Here's your code, {{email}}!" would show the subscriber's actual email address.
