How to choose the right billing plan
1ClickPopup offers plans for stores of all sizes. Here's what to consider when choosing yours.

You start with a 7-day free trial on the Growth plan. During the trial, you have full access to premium features including integrations, advanced targeting, and revenue insights. After 7 days, if you haven't selected a plan, your account automatically moves to the Always Free plan. You won't be charged unless you actively choose a paid plan through Shopify.
How to decide
Start with the Always Free plan if you're just getting started, want to test the app, or have low store traffic. You get full campaign creation and Shopify integration at no cost.
Upgrade to Launch ($4.99) when you need premium integrations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Postscript), advanced targeting rules, or want to remove the "Powered by 1ClickPopup" branding.
Upgrade to Growth ($14.99) or higher when your store traffic exceeds your current plan's view limit, or you want revenue insights to track how your campaigns impact sales.
What counts as a "view"?
A view is counted each time a visitor sees your campaign on your store. If the same visitor sees the same campaign twice, that counts as two views. Views are tracked across all your active campaigns.
How to change your plan
- Open the 1ClickPopup app in your Shopify admin
- Go to Settings → Plans and billing
- Select the plan you want
- Confirm through Shopify's billing approval
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you're still in your 7-day trial, choosing a plan will start your paid subscription after the trial ends.
Things to know
Premium integrations require a paid plan. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Postscript, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel are only available on the Launch plan and above. The Shopify integration works on all plans including Free.
You won't lose your campaigns if you downgrade. Your campaigns and settings are preserved, but features not included in your new plan will be disabled until you upgrade again.
